  • ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence) of Human cell line U-2 OS labelling ISY1 (green) with ab121250 at 1µg/ml. Cells were fixed with PFA and permeabilized with Triton X-100. Immunofluorescent staining shows positivity in nucleus but not nucleoli.
