  • 应用说明ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
    IF: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
    IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Perform enzymatic antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. For staining formalin-fixed tissues, digest sections with trypsin at 1mg/ml PBS, for 10 min at 37°C. Note: Enzyme digestion is better than citrate buffer based epitope unmasking.
    IP: Use 2 µg/mg protein lysate (Denatured verified; Use Protein G).
    WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. (Human form at 170 kDa; see under "Specificity" for other species molecular weights.)

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
