We have not tested ab60225 with mouse tissue but based on sequence homology (85%) there is a good chance that it will work.

The primary antibody concentration used for the western blot image was indeed 1/40, but we recommend 1/100-1/500, as the signal from the band is very strong and so therefore you should be able to get a good sig...
