ab15307 staining GRIK2/3 in human brain by Immunohistochemistry (FFPE-sections).

ab15307 at 1/200 staining rat brain (PAG) tissue sections by IHC (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed and the tissue was then incubated with the antibody for 24 hours. A biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody was used as the secondary.
