The band observed at 49 kDa could potentially be a cleaved form of Human 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase zeta precursor (AGPAT6). The protein contains a 36 amino acid signal peptide, which when cleaved gives an expected molecular weight of 48 kDa.
