The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 70 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Titre using peptide based assay: 1/312500.
GGT7 (Gamma-glutamyltransferase 7) is a member of a gene family that encodes enzymes involved in both the metabolism of glutathione and in the transpeptidation of amino acids. Changes in the activity of gamma glutamyltransferase may signal preneoplastic or toxic conditions in the liver or kidney. GGT7 consists of a heavy and a light chain, and it can interact with CT120, a plasma membrane associated protein that is possibly involved in lung carcinogenesis.
