Additional Notes
Pattern of immunostaining in human, rat and mouse testis appears to be remarkably similar, under identical conditions.
However, in mouse there appears to also be nuclear positivity in Leydig cell nuclei.
Abcam response
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Your stain pattern for ab2893 staining Mouse testis is very similar to the one observed in PMID: 21310208. However, the staining that you observed was in the absence of DNA damage-inducing agents. We are unsure whether staining observed in untreated tissue is the expected staining for gammaH2AX. We hope this information is useful to our customers and we welcome further feedback.
