Indirect ELISA
  • 应用说明I-ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml.
    Neut: Use at a concentration of 10 - 30 mg/ml will neutralize 50% of the bioactivity due to 0.125 ng/ml recombinant mouse G-CSF using NSF-60 cells.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 22 kDa.

    Not yet tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

    Anti-G-CSF antibody [67604.111] 图像

    • ab49960 staining G-CSF in Mouse skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 7.5% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a Tris-base buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/90 in PBST) for 3 hours at 25°C. A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/90) was used as the secondary antibody.
