IP
Flow Cyt
  • 应用说明Flow Cyt: Use at a concnetration of 1-2 µg/test. Determined by flow cytometry using cultured KFL9 cells (human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line K562, transfected with human Fas ligand). When assayed by flow cytometric analysis, using the antibody at working concentration to stain 1 x 106 to 2 x 106 cells/ 0.1ml/ test, fluorescence intensity is observed similar to that obtained with saturating antibody levels. The percentage population positive is also at the maximum percentage positive, using saturating antibody levels.
IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Observed to bind an unknown 55 kDa protein (antigen = 33 kDa) during immunoprecipitation.

    Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
  • 靶标

    • 功能Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF6/FAS, a receptor that transduces the apoptotic signal into cells. May be involved in cytotoxic T-cell mediated apoptosis and in T-cell development. TNFRSF6/FAS-mediated apoptosis may have a role in the induction of peripheral tolerance, in the antigen-stimulated suicide of mature T-cells, or both. Binding to the decoy receptor TNFRSF6B/DcR3 modulates its effects.
    • 疾病相关Defects in FASLG are the cause of autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome type 1B (ALPS1B) [MIM:601859]; also known as Canale-Smith syndrome (CSS). ALPS is a childhood syndrome involving hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia with massive lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly.
    • 序列相似性Belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family.
    • 翻译后修饰N-glycosylated.
The soluble form derives from the membrane form by proteolytic processing.
    • 细胞定位Cell membrane. Secreted. May be released into the extracellular fluid, probably by cleavage form the cell surface.
