  • ab20066 staining Dopamine Receptor D1 in Mouse brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 60 minutes at 23°C. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/600 in PBS + 5% Serum) at 4°C for 13 hours. An undiluted Alexa Fluor®555-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
