Sandwich ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution. Can be paired for Sandwich ELISA with Mouse monoclonal [DD4] to D-Dimer (HRP) (ab10054). Can be used as Capture antibody. Recommended for D-Dimer detection in Human Plasma. Plasma must be diluted with 10 mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5, containing 1 M NaCl and 0.1 % Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples must be 0.5 M or more. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
