The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 0.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 144 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 161 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

CPSF1 (Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor subunit 1) is a component of the cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) complex. It plays a key role in pre-mRNA 3'-end formation, recognizing the AAUAAA signal sequence and interacting with poly(A) polymerase and other factors to bring about cleavage and poly(A) addition. This subunit is involved in the RNA recognition step of the polyadenylation reaction.
