The COS7 nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 16 hour incubation with or without CoCl2 (0.15 mM).
The protein content has been determined by a Bradford based assay (2.50 mg/ml).
We recommend aliquoting the extracts into single use fractions and then storing.
Shipped on dry ice. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -80ºC. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
