    ab19035 (0.3 µg/ml) staining of Human Liver lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
  • ab19035 staining Claudin 14 in kidney cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.

    Cells were fixed with methanol, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% BSA for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/600 in PBS + 0.5% BSA + 0.1% Triton X-100) for 1 hour at 20°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated donkey anti-goat polyclonal IgG (1/800) was used as the secondary antibody.
