ab49852 staining Ciliated Cell Marker in Cow oviduct tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with acetone, permeabilized in ice for 10 minutes and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400 in 1% BSA in PBST (PBS 0.2% Tween)) for 1 hour at 21°C. A HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
