Use a concentration of 0.25 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
CHST8, or Carbohydrate sulfotransferase 8, catalyzes the transfer of sulfate to position 4 of non-reducing N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) residues in both N-glycans and O-glycans. It is required for biosynthesis of glycoprotein hormones lutropin and thyrotropin, by mediating sulfation of their carbohydrate structures. CHST8 is only active against terminal GalNAcbeta1 and GalNAcbeta and not toward chondroitin.
