IHC-P: Use neat for 10 minutes at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol, by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
