Immunofluorescence analysis of Panc1-bC2GnT-M cells, staining C1GALT1 with ab57492.
Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde before incubating with primary antibody (1/100) for 1 hour. A DyLight®488-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
