Purified striated muscle actin from rabbit.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab28052 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|IHC-Fr||1/50 - 1/100.|
|ICC/IF||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|IHC-P||1/50 - 1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol.|
|WB||1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 42 kDa.|
ab28052 staining Alpha Skeletal Muscle Actin in rabbit heart tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with 10% formalin and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 10% goat serum) for 24 hours at 4°C. An undiluted Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab28052 at dilution 1/200 staining alpha sarcomeric actin from rat neonatal cardiac myocytes by immunocytochemistry. The cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized in 0.1% NP40 and incubated with the antibody for 45 minutes. A Cy3® donkey anti-mouse antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
