We have not had much success with this antibody in zebrafish. We have tried changing a number of variables to no avail. We have either seen many non-specific bands or no band at all. b-actin and positive control with a different antibody that utilizes the same secondary has worked on the same membranes.

Thank you for sharing this data with us. Anti-VANGL2 antibody (ab60172) has not previously been tested in Zebrafish. Based on this abreview, it looks like this antibody does not work in this species, under these conditions. Abcam would welcome feedback from other customers.
