Abcam response
Thank you for your honest feedback. We have published the Abreview with the information provided. We unfortunately do not have in-house tested data with mouse lysates; human is the only tested species. The immunogen of this antibody does not show compatibility with the mouse protein, the homology is only 22% which is lower than the Abcam recommended compatibility percentage of 85%. So in order to update the datasheet with mouse as a tested species we will be waiting for more customers’ feedback.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
