Primary antibodies incubation time: 1 h, room temperature + overnight at 4¯C
After the incubation with secondary antibodies brain sections were immersed into 0.1% Sudan Black B in 70% vol/vol ethanol for 5 minutes to suppress lipofuscein background autofluorescence.
