I'm interested in use one of your products as a positive control of active Casp3 (17kDa) by western blot. But I have doubts that I can use it. The webpage says "full length protein", but also "active" and the active form of Casp3 is 32kDa, so I don't know if its a mixture or what form it is. Can you help me with that? If I use this product (ab52071) in a western blot, what band/s I will find?
Thank you very much.

Thank you for contacting us.
The "active" means this protein will act as an enzyme. In WB the protein will be observed at 25-30 kDa.
