Additional Notes: Nitrocellulose membranes were used in our WB. The image of the standard curve shows the CBR3 recombinant protein in increasing amounts from left to right (0.03, 0.07, and 0.10 ug) and a protein ladder on the far right as detected using the conditions outlined above.
