This image has 2 blots the 10 second blot is labeled, the 1 minute blot is not so labelled.
We do not know what the 100KD band is in the zebrafish lanes. Obviously this antibody works great in humans as we had a human control. We will try a zebrafish nuclear extraction with this antibody to see if we can get more specific binding. As you can see in the 1 minute exposure- the band of interest is there in the zebrafish extract, it's just very very faint...
