Observed band size: 65 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?Recombinant PTP phosphatase domains (0.1µg of protein) were probed with ab13225 at 1/1000. The antibody recognises the recombinant PTPRK fusion protein at ~65 kDa. Ladder sizes are in kilodaltons.
