Additional Notes
I purchased this antibody as a replacement for the discontinued ab11941
Unfortunately I could not get the antibody to work. I repeated the experiment using multiple concentration and on different freshly harvested and sectioned tissue and there was still no positive staining.
If you are looking for a replacement for ab11941 I would strongly recommend ab37128
