Additional Notes
We used the Abcam anti-PDE5A antibody, cat. No. ab64179, examine PDE5A localization in human and mouse platelets by immunofluorescence. The antibody gave a clear signal over background at high dilution (down to 1.4 µg/ml assayed). It will be an interesting addition to our collection of antibodies for examining cyclic nucleotide regulation in platelets.
