Although 1ug protein concentration was used in each lane, the fuzzy picture is either due to low protein concentration or poor image quality. A monoclonal secondary anti body was also used. Both lanes are for MCF-7 cell lysates. The 1:1000 antibody concentration was used as a mid range concentrationfrom the manufacturer's recommendation and was proven aqequate for detection purposes.
