Additional Notes
The samples in the left image are testicular tissue of stallion.
Tissues were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for at least 24h. After dehydration, the tissues were embedded in a paraffin block.
The samples in the right image are stallion germ cells. germ cells were isolated to progress immunocytochemistry (ICC) form the stallion testis using collagenase and DNase solution. The germ cells were loaded onto microscope slides and fixed ice-cold methanol and air-dried overnight at RT°C
Nanog antibody was not expressed in the stallion testes.
