This antibody detects a species of ~100 kDa in both Ms Liver and MEF lysate. While this species runs higher than the predicted full-length protein (82 kDa), other commercial antibodies report a similar mobility by SDS-PAGE. The multiple glycosylation sites in NAGLU could underlie the slower than expected mobility by SDS-PAGE.
