Human Adipose-derived stem cells stained after 3 and 7 day exposure to myogenic differentiation medium. There is a possibility that the time point was not appropriate for MyoD expression in our system, though we expected to see some staining at this time point based on the literature. A goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody from molecular probes was used to probe the MyoD primary.
