Frozen cryosections were generated for the Vagus nerve of from C57B/J mice. Sections were permeablized, blocked, and incubated overnight with the primary antibody. The primary antibodies were detected with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. The antibody produces the expect staining pattern in these sections.
