TOP image is of visceral adipose tissue ( white and brown),
Note that in the white adipose tissue only the scant peripheral cytoplasm of each adipocyte is positive, giving a "sponge/honeycomb" appearance whereas in the brown adipose tissue, each cell appears to be complelety positive: this is due to the differential deposition profile of lipid in these two types of adipocytes.
LOWER image is of testis: note that the distribution of positivity appears to vary dependant upon the maturation level of each seminiferous tubule ( green and red arrows). There also appears to be positivity in what I think are Interstitial cells ( of Leydig) : yellow arrow.
This is not due to endogenous brown positivity ( ? due to lipofuscin) as a sequential section immunoprobed with ab54615 against FAAH, was negative for these cells.
