Additional Notes
Protein lysates were produced by using a specifically dedicated kit form Norgen (cat. 23500)
The membrane used for WB was: Amersham Hybond ECL nitrocellulose
The experiment was repeated twice, but no bandd were ever revealed. On the same membranes, other proteins were detected.
Abcam response
Thank you for submitting this review and sharing your feedback. We have not yet tested this antibody for WB, and therefore cannot guarantee that it works for this application. However, the antibody itself is supplied at a very low concentration. You may wish to repeat the WB using a dilution of 1/50-1/100 for the primary antibody to improve your results.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
