The antibody does not work on human skeletal muscle by immunohistochemistry. Samples were textes with 3 different fixation methods:
1) unfixed
2) 4% pfa fixed 5' room temp, permeabilised with 05% TX-100
3) 10' methanol -20C.
None of the conditions produced a signal
