Additional Notes
IHC on 20´m frozen section of spinal cord.
Embryos were fixed by immersion in 4% paraformaldehyde in 0.12 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 (PFA) and then cryoprotected in 10% sucrose. Cryostat sections were blocked in 0.2% gelatin in PBS containing 0.25% Triton X-100 and incubated with primary AB overnight at room temperature in the same buffer.
