Additional Notes
Of course I have RT-PCR data. That is the first experiment. This gene is induced by vitamin D3.When samples are treated with active vitamin D3, which upregulates the RNA level and enhances the detection of transcription activation related factors like histone h3 K4 me3, hh2b mono methyl K5 level goes down. This ChIP is done in wild type samples (without any treatment).
