I tried varying concentration from 1:100, 1:500, 1:1000, and 1:2000. I also tried using an antigen retrieval step in Citrate Buffer at 95C.

It appears that under these experimental conditions, ab26116 does not specifically detect GAD67 in Astatotilapia burtoni. We would welcome any further feedback of other researchers.
