Additional Notes
Clear regional differences in intensity is seen in submitted upper image.
I note that positivity is most abundant in dendritic fields of Cortex and Hippocampus, for example.
In Dentate Nucleus, Pontine Nuclei, Thalamus/Hypothalamus, midbrain and Substantia Nigra ( lower image)there is a particular punctate positivity.
This is not so obvious in the low power upper image.
Interestingly, there is also obvious punctate positivity around most capillaries: astrocytes?
Also interesting is the zonal strong positivity in the T/S of the Anterior Commisure, seen in the upper image (not indicated)
The positivity is excellent but as I am unfamiliar with the distribution pattern of FAK in Mouse brain, I should rate this Ab as "Inconclusive".
This Ab could be further diluted if overnight incubation is used.
