Additional data
Additional Notes
IF of mouse ES cells grown on irradiated MEFs, counterstained by DAPI. Nuclear and non-nuclear staining is observed in both pluripotent and somatic cells, suggesting predominantly non-specific staining by the antibody.
Abcam response
It would appear that under the conditions used by this researcher the antibody stains non-specifically. Other researchers have had good results when using a 1:1 ratio of methanol to acetone for fixation. Please not that the antibody is covered by our 12 month AbPromise guarantee for use in ICC/IF on mouse samples and we will resolve this case accordingly.
