Additional Notes
Skeletal muscle cross sections were labeled with dystrophin (red), CD31 (green, SZ31 clone), and nuclear counterstain (blue). This antibody provided an excellent marker for segmentation of muscle fibers for measurements of fiber morphology and vascular distribution. Antigen retrieval with high pH (Tris-based) solution for 20 minutes also produced excellent results.
