Used antibody to stain tubulobulbar complexes on 3% paraformaldehyde fixed and fragmented wild-type rat testis tissue. Used at a dilution of 1:100. An Alexa 488 secondary was used for detection. The expected result was staining that outlined individual complexes that are adjacent to the concave surface of late spermatid heads. No staining was observed in this region, but non-specific background staining was present.
