DRP1/DNM1L of Chinese Hamster (Uniprot: A0A061I1Z7_CRIGR) has a 89% sequence similarity to human DRP1/DNM1L (Uniprot: DNM1L_HUMAN)
Both anti-DRP1 and anti-beta actin (ab6276) antibodies were used for the western blot. The 42-43 kDa green band is the beta actin band. The anti-DRP1 antibody itself detected bands of 74 and 77 kDa band corresponding to the Chinese Hamster DRP1 protein.
