Additional Notes
I set out to determine whether this hK5 Ab could distinguish between mouse and human skin in a skin xenograft. The signal from the hK5 Ab is definitely more pronounced in tissue of human origin, but some signal exists in tissue of mouse origin. I compared the signal to that of hInv Ab (a rabbit Ab, ab53112) which is very specific to human tissue.
