Lane 4: anti-Clathrin [X22] (ab 2731) blot of X. laevis cytoplasmic egg extract, only faint background bands detected.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. ab2731 does not seem to recognise Clathrin in these experimental conditions in X. laevis cytoplasmatic egg extracts. It might be possible to obtain a signal by increasing the antibody concentration to a 1:100 dilution. Possibly protein levels in these experimental conditions are below detection.
